Terms of service
Needs to cover, at minimum:
- What a rental is and isn't — a licence to use a character, not ownership
- That every companion is an AI and conversations are generated
- 18+ requirement and the NSFW opt-in
- Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund policy
- Acceptable use, and what gets an account suspended
- That the operator can read instance data for support and moderation
- Availability — no uptime guarantee, and what happens if a character is retired
- Governing law
Draft these properly — ideally with someone qualified — before the first real customer.
